This project consisted of 16 three storey residential townhouses of hebel veneer construction. Our project brief was to design a raft footing system, drainage design for the internal road way and the design of the ground floor timber framing and bracing system.
The project brief included site inspections of the project from earthworks, footing construction and timber framing.
